产品简介:

  1、本品阿佛丁（Avertin）是即用型的无菌麻醉剂，其有效成分为三溴乙醇（Tribromoethanol，TBE），同时也叫阿弗丁，是非管制药物，

  2、曾被推荐作为转基因鼠传代有关的外科手术的麻醉剂。

  3、适用于孕鼠实验，不影响壬辰，也不影响胎鼠活性。

  4、使用时腹腔注射，简单方便，麻醉起效时间＜5min，维持时间在24~90min范围内，仅用于啮齿类动物（大鼠）麻醉。

保存方法：常温避光保存，一年有效。

 

推荐用量：10ul/g,右侧腹腔注射，（此为推荐使用量可根据实际情况进行调整）。

· 

注意事项:

· 开封后推荐在2周内使用。长时间存储成分会析出或分解，造成麻醉效果下降，甚至腹膜炎。使用前请务必确定标签上保质期，并观察是否变色或有结晶析出。如果有晶体析出，可以37度水浴溶解。正式实验前请先进行预实验。

· 请根据手术时间选择合适的剂量，如果需要延长麻醉时间，可按初始剂量1/3补打。

· 于科研研究用途（非临床科研研究）。
